Channel Partner Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Chennai Bank Auction Channel Partner Program. By registering as a Channel Partner, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. Please read this agreement carefully before joining the program.

1. Program Overview

The Chennai Bank Auction Channel Partner Program is designed for property consultants, brokers, agents, marketers, influencers, WhatsApp group admins, and individuals who wish to refer buyers and investors to our platform.

Partners can earn referral commissions on eligible memberships or products purchased through their referral links or referral activities.

By registering for the program, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Application Approval

All partner applications are subject to review and approval by Chennai Bank Auction.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any application or account at our sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Referral Commissions

Commissions are paid only for successful and verified transactions.

To qualify for commission:

• The referred customer account must remain active for at least 31 days.
• Transactions must be completed successfully without refunds, disputes, cancellations, or chargebacks.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Partners cannot earn commission on their own purchases or accounts.

Commission rates, reward structures, and payout details may be updated at any time and will be displayed on the Partner Dashboard or program page.

4. Payments

Payments are processed only after the minimum payout threshold of ₹4500 or $50 is reached.

Partners are responsible for providing correct payment details for successful processing.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges are the sole responsibility of the partner.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Partners may promote Chennai Bank Auction using:

• Websites
• Blogs
• Social media
• WhatsApp groups
• Telegram channels
• YouTube
• Email marketing
• Offline promotions

You may use the banners, images, and promotional materials provided by us or create your own content, provided it is accurate and not misleading.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• False or misleading advertisements
• Spam emails or mass messaging
• Fake promises or fake earnings claims
• Unauthorized PPC advertising using our brand name
• Fraudulent referrals or fake accounts
• Self-referrals
• Cookie stuffing or hidden tracking methods
• Promotion on illegal, harmful, or inappropriate websites
• Misuse of Chennai Bank Auction trademarks or branding

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the partner account.

7. Referral Tracking

Each partner receives a unique referral link or referral ID for tracking purposes.

Referral sales are tracked using browser cookies. Our standard cookie duration is 40 days. If a customer completes a purchase within this period after clicking your referral link, the commission may be credited to your account.

8. Coupons & Discounts

Only officially approved coupons or promotional offers provided by Chennai Bank Auction may be promoted.

Partners are not allowed to:

• Create fake discount offers
• Use misleading coupon advertisements
• Promote expired or unauthorized offers

Any misuse may result in removal from the program.

9. PPC Advertising Policy

Running paid advertisements using Chennai Bank Auction brand names, trademarks, or related keywords is not permitted without prior written approval.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Chennai Bank Auction reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Misleading promotions
• Abuse of the referral system
• Any activity that harms our platform or reputation

Pending commissions related to fraudulent or invalid referrals may be canceled.

11. Limitation of Liability

Chennai Bank Auction shall not be responsible for:

• Tracking failures
• Technical interruptions
• Website downtime
• Loss of commissions due to system errors
• Any indirect or consequential damages related to the program

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the program.

12. Changes to the Program

We may update or modify these terms, commission structures, payout policies, or program rules at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Agreement Acceptance

By registering for the Chennai Bank Auction Channel Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Your registration and participation act as an electronic acceptance of this agreement.
