Property No 2: Schedule A: All that piece and parcel of Vacant land situated at Semmenjeri Village, Thiruvidanthai Village, previously Chengalpattu Taluk now Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, And land measuring an extent of 12.20 acres  situtated within the Sub-Registration District of Chengalpattu and Registration District of Thiruporur Schedule B: All that piece and parcel of Vacant land situated at Semmenjeri Village, Thiruvidanthai Village, previously Chengalpattu Taluk now Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District, and 849 part land measuring an extent of 52.34 cents and Measuring East to West on the Northern side: 170 Feet East to West on the Southern side: 150 Feet South to West on the Eastern Side: 146 Feet South to North on the Western Side: 139 Feet The said land together with a 1/18″ undivided share in the passage admeasuring 69.01 cents and shaded in green colour with the plan annexed with the Sale Deed dated 03.05.1996 in Doc No 497/1997 SRO, Thiruporur over which passages all the owners of the schedule ‘A’ property and the nominees of Ivory Beach Resorts Pvt Ltd shall have a common right or way. The said 52.34 cents of land and the passages form part of the property described in Schedule ‘A’ hereunder and are situated within the Sub Registration District of Chengalpattu and Registration District of Thiruporur.
